If you have purchased an item that has not been customised with printing of any kind, embroidery or flex then you can return your order within our 60 days return period.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any customised product orders. We include size charts in product descriptions and you can come in to try on any product before ordering.

If you have received an item that has been damaged in the post we will send a replacement.

We include a return address (unpaid) label with every non customised item order and a returns form.

If you are returning a non customised item please complete the returns form so we know how to process your return (for example: refund or exchange).

Refunds are issued the same day we receive the return and payments are refunded to original payment source.

Exchanges for non customised items are dispatched the same day we receive the return item unless we have to contact you for more info if the returns form isn't completed.

We do not charge any additional postage to post exchange items (UK or international) but customers do have to pay postage to return their order to us.
